Customers may complete payment by transferring funds directly via a bank branch or through their Mobile Banking application to the Company’s designated bank account using the following details:<\/p>\n

2. General payment terms<\/h2>\n

Payment deadline<\/h3>\n

Customers are requested to complete payment within twenty-four (24) hours<\/strong> after placing an order. If payment is not received within this period, the order may be automatically cancelled to release the reserved products for other customers.<\/p>\n

Payment confirmation<\/h3>\n

Upon successful receipt of payment, curio’s Accounting Department will confirm the transaction by email or by telephone from our Customer Service Hotline at +84 70 613 9189<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

VAT Invoice<\/h3>\n

Customers requiring a Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice are requested to provide complete billing information, including the company name, registered address, and tax identification number, in the order notes at checkout or notify our customer service representative immediately after completing payment.<\/p>\n

3. Transaction security<\/h2>\n

curio is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all customer payment and transaction information.<\/p>\n
