3. Shipping methods
Domestic orders
For orders placed through our online channels, customers may choose one of the following delivery options:
- Store pickup at any grade b retail location.
- Home delivery to the customer’s designated address.
curio provides delivery services from Monday to Sunday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays as prescribed by Vietnamese law.
Local deliveries (Within the Ho Chi Minh City)
Same-day express delivery is available for eligible locations.
Nationwide deliveries
Orders to other provinces and cities are shipped via Viettel Post.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery destination.
Important notes
- Delivery times are calculated from the date on which the order has been confirmed and fully processed by curio.
- During peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure events, delivery times may be longer than estimated. Should any delay occur, curio will make reasonable efforts to notify customers as soon as practicable.
International Orders
International orders are shipped by curio’s designated logistics partners via air freight.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and packaging requirements of each order. The applicable shipping fee will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Customers are encouraged to contact curio’s customer service team for assistance prior to placing an international order.
Free shipping
Curio offers free nationwide standard shipping for all online orders within Vietnam.
Exclusions
The free shipping policy does not apply to:
- Same-day or express delivery services
- Any special delivery method or schedule specifically requested by the customer.
Where customers request delivery arrangements outside curio’s standard shipping policy, any additional charges incurred will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before shipment is arranged.
